How can I share my voice?
You will receive your NYC School Survey in an envelope. Complete the survey using the instructions at the top of the survey. Return your completed survey with your child to the Dean during lunch periods
Your child will receive a ticket to the School Spring Fling Dance as an incentive

Use a lowercase “f” followed by your student’s identification (OSIS) number which can be found on their report card, student ID card, or NYCSA account. Families can also log in to their NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) to take the survey.
