This event immediately follows school dismissal. Any student that plans to leave school early to get ready for the dance MUST have someone from their blue card sign them out in-person. NO student will be allowed to leave school during the hours of 8:00 am - 2:20 pm on their own with only verbal permission.

Cost: *$76.00

*NOTE: A small service/convenience fee charged by Edlio is added to the final cost. If your trip needs to be refunded, a refund will only include the cost of the trip and will not include the service fee.

DETAILS:

Your eighth-grade student has been invited to attend the senior dance at Russo’s on the Bay, Monday June 10th from 2:30-6:00 pm. This event immediately follows school dismissal. Any student that plans to leave school early to get ready for the dance MUST have someone from their blue card sign them out in-person. NO student will be allowed to leave school during the hours of 8:00 am - 2:20 pm on their own with only verbal permission.

The cost of this dance is $76.00. You can pay on the school website, or with a money order, and submit permission slips by May 15th. The dance fee includes the venue, an open buffet, the DJ, and a 360-degree photo booth. Transportation to and from the venue is NOT provided. There is public transportation that picks up in front of the school at dismissal that may take students in that direction on Crossbay Blvd. either to the venue or to a line that will get them there, such as Q52 and Q53. The Q52 and Q53 (amongst others) drop off at 163rd Ave., 266 ft. from the venue, which is a 1-minute walk. Please indicate on the return portion below, how your student will get home from the dance.

***This event is a MS 202 Senior event ONLY. No student from any other grade or school will be allowed to enter the venue. ***

***Any student that violates Chancellor's Regulations and/or MS 202 (DOE) Student Discipline Code will have their family contacted to be pick up.***

We expect this dance to be a memorable one, and look forward to celebrating the end of the year with the MS 202 class of 2024!
